I feel so regret to trade with xDirect broker. Using their platform, they still need to fix some bugs with the platform which sometimes has delays. I'm their client from past 6 months, I have called their support regarding their platform but they don't do anything. I didn't find any changes from their platform even after I told their client services. Because of that, my order were delayed on execute and I got different position then I lost my money. This broker didn't do any improvement for the client. I don't want to continue to trade with them, so I closed my account.

At the first time, I learned a lot from this broker demo account so when activating real account, I am very concerned about the trading strategy and no trouble at all. I'm so disappointed with Forenexx broker. They are really untruthful broker. I opened an account and funded $850. Trading with this amount for 3 months I made a profit of about $695. Last month I fulfilled their condition to withdraw my profit. However, when I request to withdraw my profit, they always rejected my request. Even now they did not answer my e-mails. Stay away from this broker.

They are not doing anything, and they seem not interested, besides saying it's all the client's fault. Last week, I lost $655 in single trade due to slow executions on the platform and hung for almost a minute. I've sent a report regarding that problem, but they ignore me. You all avoid this broker. They are an irresponsible broker, not professionals.
