Their customer support is friendly, but not always very helpful. then i never want to recommend this broker. During the application process they ask what markets I have had most experience with. I checked forex. They opened an account for me, but allowed me to only trade bonds or go long on stocks. Their website is very simple and confused, you can't find useful information. They said my income is too low so they refuse to change the permissions on my account. I didn't like and do not recommend this broker. To be honest, I am disappointed with the customer service of Orbex. This broker boasts about their excellent customer support team but they are very slow in responding. Also, they are a bit impatient when speaking with me. This is not the kind of service I am looking for in a company.

Early this year, I opened an account at Lightspeed. I did not expect to have this amazing trading experience. The broker indeed went beyond my expectations and I am more than happy. Right now, I have already made a huge progress in my trading account.

Maybe I just suggest for those of you who are new to forex to learn more. Even in choosing the broker that you will use for trading. I used this broker. I realized, MT4 platform always got stuck especially during most profitable time I made deposit a $500 and not yet making any profit until now. They offered high spread, slow executions, and crashed trading platform. Withdrawal with them was also a big problem. constant requotes, when you try open an order when market is moving. And I feel that they are making money not from spreads, but from losing traders. Luckily I was able to close orders without losing any money. And before I lost, I had quit this broker. I am looking for a better broker.

I’m so disappointed trading with FXOpen. They provide worst platform which has slow order execution, there’s often requoting, and I was also unable to close a profitable trade when it was winning, and as soon as it went down in the lows, it was closed with a substantial loss even last week I lost $569 in a single trade. It’s really hard for me to gain a profit since I trade with them. They are not a reliable broker, and I decided to close my account at this broker.
