World Forex reviews

I’ve been trading with World Forex for a long time but I had to close my account due to the bad performance of the trading platform. It froze and closed unexpectedly most of the time, leading me to several losses. I thought it was a problem with my Internet provider, but I checked all settings and I found that problem was generated by the broker. I got in contact to support managers asking for a solution and they promised to provide me with a VPS server for more security at a low cost but I haven’t received anything so far. The execution of my trades takes more than 5 seconds, so requotes occur all the time.

Very awful trading experience with this broker. It's one of the worst brokers I've deal it, because the platform is unstable, it's impossible to perform aggressive trading because there are many requotes and slippages, and clients will always lose a lot with these issues. I traded with them for three months with this broker, made more than 10 complaints about technical problems in their platform, and never got any response. They are not a professional broker. I don't recommend them at all.

This is the first time I entered Forex trading. World Forex appeared to be a worthy broker so I chose it. Besides, the minimum account deposit is really affordable. I have been trading for three months now and I am not having any difficulty. The platform is very easy to use and they provide useful learning materials which also help me a lot.

I've been using World Forex for five months now. They used to be superior. But now they've lost their trust. Their WebTrader platform is still unstable and slippage at news time is terrible. On 24 September I got slippage 64 pips on ECB conference news. I lost $147 just in one trade. Now slippage is common issue with Hotspot even now its occur on non volatility market. This is undesirable I am thinking to leave World Forex broker and withdraw all of my fund!

I have been trading with World Forex for five months, and I can say that trading with them is awful. I didn't found any improvement in their service. Their platform is always bad, spreads are high, and it only makes me lose my money. I don't want to keep losing my money and decide to withdraw the rest of the money in my trading account. I sent a withdrawal request 3 weeks ago, but they still didn't process it yet until today. I thought they would change the way they serve clients, but they didn't. My money is still stuck there. Better stay away from this broker. World Forex is not a recommended broker.
