I have had very bad trading experiences with TenkoFX broker. They have irrelevant analyses and also slow orders execution, which does not make much of a difference on long time frames, but on shorter ones, you can actually lose a lot of money. Their technical support also lacks knowledge about the market processes. TenkoFX is not a reliable broker, the worst part is they didn't set my withdrawal of $250 since 2 weeks. I think TenkoFX is scam.

TenkoFX is a bad broker with unfriendly service. I was so disappointed when I made my trading here because the system was confusing. Software used frequently experiencing connection issues and trading pages filled with spam and other junk. The trading process is very long and hard with this broker, and I lost my account with a deposit that I have deposited without profit or bonus. They do not provide complete information about trading rules and leave the user if an error occurs. I'm going to leave them.

Last year, I had an account at TenkoFX but I did not like my experience. I encountered a lot of technical issues and they have started to affect my trading activities. Because of this, I decided to close my account. The company released my money but not all of it. They said that they deducted some fees which I couldn't understand.

I have suffered on trading with TenkoFX broker, as their platform has the worst execution and pricing chart, where my order didn't execute in the right position. It always delayed 20 to 40 sec, so my position differed 10 to 40 pips. Because of that, I have lost up to $475, and I can't recover my losses ever with them. Also, their withdrawal system is delay to my payment too. So It is clear that TenkoFX broker is not a professional broker. And, I don't recommend them.

I did not like my experience with TenkoFX. Not only is their trading platform terrible, their customer support team is even rude. I tried to complain about the issues in the platform and all they did was throw back the problem to me. They did not take responsibility of the issue and told me that it is either my device or internet provided that has a problem. Well, both are working perfectly so the problem was the broker.
