MaxiMarket is not a recommended broker. I started to trade with them, I felt disappointed because the system is so confusing. Software frequently used experiences connection issues and trading pages filled with spam and other junk. The trading process takes a long time to be done, and it's really hard trading with MaxiMarket. I lost my account with a deposit that I deposited, and all of my profits were also canceled. Customer support ignored me. Stay away from this broker. They don't provide complete information about trading rules and leave the user if an error occurs.

I am not comfortable trading with this company after one of my friends incurred huge losses. Too much slippage and stop order not filled at my price compared to my previous broker. Spreads always changed even in non volatile markets. The price charts hitting stops for different account holders trading the same currency pair, but showing different price movements according to whether each trader was long, flat or short. I just be wary about their trading performance. It's better not to place an order at news times.

I trusted that MaxiMarkets will provide quality trading services but I was only disappointed with their platform. It kept crashing and there are too much slippages in the price. I already requested to close my account. I hope I get my money back soon.

I didn't know from the start they were cheating. My money is slowly running out. They also have unclear illegal fees. My orders also be delayed for several times. My withdrawals also took a lot of time and sometimes I could not make request. Customer Support made me disappointed as they ignored many my questions to solve my problems. The platform is difficult to navigate and my pending orders are not always processed. Nearly $5000 will be lost from my trading account. I have stopped my trading from Maxi Markets.

The deal-breaker with MaxiMarkets is the fact that they are not regulated. All of their offerings are promising. Their overall trading environment seems to be great but I hesitated because of the lack of regulation. For me, that is a very important part of any financial company because it gives assurance to their clients.
