For seven years, FinFX was considered one of the leading providers of access to the forex market in Northern Europe. Customers noted the high quality of the broker's work with various currencies and precious metals. The company had at its disposal the latest technology for professional work in the currency market. Traders could use the platforms MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader Mobile and FIX API for trading popular currency pairs and spot commodities in the forex market. FinFX offered four types of accounts: a micro account for beginners, an ECN account for professionals, an ECN Pro account for traders looking to use scalping strategies, and a ZULUTRADE account for traders using expert advisors and trading signals right in the platform. FinFX cooperated with the automated trading system Currensee Trade Leaders that made it possible to follow and copy successful traders’ operations. Traders got high liquidity, low spreads and reliable execution. Besides, FinFX offered its customers free VPS hosting.

To ensure maximum security of customers’ funds, FinFX collaborated with Scandinavian bank Nordea, one of the world’s largest credit institutions. At the moment, the broker does not exist.

Please be aware of this company - FinFX. I have traded with FinFX for one year and I have experienced some losses due to errors in their feed or their system or just typical broker theft that is quite disturbing. I would like to share my bad experience when I traded with them. Last month, I tried to close 1 of 3 positions, and I was down the least on (for 170 pips) 1 mini lot, instead a position. Then, I was down 250 pips for 2.5 mini lots closed and it made me a big loss. I was shocked and I contacted them about these loses. However, they said those issues were my fault and they would not help. I can’t stand with their behavior, it’s so bad. I think FinFX seems to be good at stealing one's money. In addition, this broker has horrible slippage, they are always being executed against me, especially around important news. I think, it’s impossible to make any profits with this broker, I will not be investing more money here. After getting a lot of bad experience with FinFX broker, so I don't want to work anymore with this broker.

Very bad experience with FinFX broker. There are big difference between Demo and Live account, no slippage on demo but a lot of slippage on Live account, 20% of my account lost due to slippage. Took 10 days to withdraw funds. I don't want to work anymore with this broker.

at first they were doing fine when i started using them.when i have build my money from $100 to around $1000+,i had a trade and they slipped my price to a price the market never reached around 40 pips+,and when the market retraced they never acknowledge my stop loss.they claim it was from their service provider.and the are telling me they don't do MIRACLE,the wiped out all my money from $1000+ to like $100+...Below their reply... Dear Ibraheem, we totally understand your concern, but there is nothing we can do, because we are not the market-maker, we just re-translate what we get from the exchange LMAX and other liquidity providers. Your order was filled during extremely volatile market conditions, while spread was very wide. Hi of that candle was 0.8450 (bid) but ASK, which triggered your BUY order, was 0.8464. Your stop-loss slipped as well, as during 1 minute nzd/usd went ~60 points. We attached 2 print screens from LMAX with BID and ASK prices at that specific moment. Best regards, Client Support

The reason I decided to invest with them is the staff told me they had an affordable spreads to all different trading instruments. I invested my 500USD and it was split to 3 accounts. Two of my accounts got drained after 6 months of trading. I tried everything just to save my deposits, but failed. As of this date, I only have 50$ left in my account and I am planning to close my account. I hate to say this, I am not comfortable to recommend this broker to my friends.

FinFX has really deteriorated. Backoffice consumed by mindless bureaucracy that's difficult to navigate. Example: If you haven't been trading with them for a few years and try to send them some money, they will demand income justification not just for the current year but for 3 years ago! They rejected my POD (payable on death) account as a third party account, even though I have completed beneficial access while I’m alive and my beneficiary does not. Absolutely brainless, capricious and arbitrary. Their backoffice staff must have had a trochar stuck in each of their skulls and their brains sucked out.
