Their platform is shaky, and the tools are not working properly. It did not take long before I closed my account. In general I am really not happy with FXT Swiss broker. I placed a trade at USD/HCF pair on the 25th August with 1.00 lot size. On the 26 August they without my order or consent close my trade thereby putting me in loss of $265 after which the trade move only 13 pips and retraced back to my take profit. Immediately I l chat with their support but they refuse to adjust this loss. Their platform is also very reliable where there is almost instant execution of trades and deviation is not so often in price.

FXTSwiss offers great trading services. In fact, I am trading efficiently with this broker because their platform runs smoothly. The only problem is the slow response of their customer support team. Through the live chat, I have to wait for several minutes. Through email, it sometimes takes them more than a day before responding.

I've lost a lot ($6,700) by trading forex here. I am a spot trading and they imposed new rules to get all the money I earned from the market. All I can say, is to please do not be fooled by this broker. Some strategies and analysis that they provide was very irregular and didn't see the market first. The Chat support is unprofessional and rude. They do not have a reason to yell because I have the right to ask questions that is unclear for me. While their trading strategies was very freak and often made me get some lose.

FXTSwiss appears to offer quality services. They have promising offers and they really seemed trustworthy. However, their claims are not all true. For instance, their platform is not always in good condition. I have experienced a lot of misplaced orders because of the issues in the platform. Honestly, it is starting to affect my trading results so I am already thinking about closing my account.

I had lost almost $215 in a standard account with FXTSwiss broker. As my pending orders can't be executed and my positions going to my opposite direction. As I am disappointed with their MT4 platform, which always hung and I have faced a lot of issues (slippages and requotes) in the market. That's why my invest getting losing day by day with FXTSwiss broker. Now I say, FXTSwiss broker didn't for me.
