I was very excited to trade with FXArena because of their promising claims. But I am so disappointed with their platform after I join them. It is very unstable! I even lost 23pips on the USD/CAD pair simply because of the delays in the platform. If this goes on, then I would not have any progress at all.

FxArena is a cheater broker. I have been trading for 7 months and have gained a profit. I didn't withdraw since the first time I got profit because I wanted to take it all once. I sent a withdrawal request, but it has been a month I didn't get my money yet. I have called their support team and report this problem, but they keep asking me to wait. I have no idea until when I should wait for it. They make me wait, and it's really wasting my time. And now, my emails are also being ignored. None of them reply to my emails. So my advice here, never trade with this broker. They are taking business a joke and not a reliable broker.

I won't trust this broker anymore after they didn't give my money. I have been trading with them for almost six months, and I earned a profit. I have sent a withdrawal request, but until now they didn't process it yet. I have no idea, either my money still there or gone. I have called customer support, they asked me to go to another department and then they ignored me. Don't trust this broker
