Dukascopy reviews

I joined Dukascopy for almost 6 months and experienced heartache while working on their MetaTrader platform. Only last week, I lost nearly $100 within 1 week because of a delay in execution. Delay is more than 10 seconds and it was so terrible. Deposit matter takes so long time more than 3 days to process and approve. This is totally upsetting me and wasting time. I have sent them an email regarding that issue but no one able to reply me. From that point, I noticed this broker is not well-managed and in fact, the client’s problem also cannot be resolved promptly. I contacted to support manager but seems they are not professional when giving a response.

I have been using Dukascopy for almost 8 months and I think no more to stay and I should leave it soon. I have an account with an initial deposit of $250 but have only generated a loss since the moment I am using it. As such, last week I also have losses of almost $100 in EUR/USD pair and GBP/USD. I was so surprised why they closed and blocked the system. Not only that, Dukascopy simply canceled 3 out 5 profitable trades for no reason. I noticed they purposely practiced this nonsenses thing. Moreover, live chat is not functional when the moment I called them it was also very hard to reach. That’s why you have to stay away, it is harmful and disastrous.

Dukascopy is not as excellent as it appears to be. They present themselves as this reliable broker but once you open an account with them and experience their services, it is greatly far from what you would expect. Their platform is the worst! It frequently crashes even when there is no movement in the market.

When you request a withdrawal, they will set all the restrictions on you to reject your withdrawal. that's poor. I always got my earnings after 3 days and I noticed that some of their staff are not familiar with their offers. I never get the slightest profit. I was complaint but they didn't take it seriously. When I asked them regarding the rewards for affiliates, I got different response. It's weird. This broker needs to be more attractive. They must introduce new services or more educational material for traders. Spreads are not fixed and trading platform is very unstable.

I thought Dukascopy was specialized broker but they are not! I have opened classic account with them 3 months ago. I have deposited $700 and they charge $120 for EAs service. Using their EAs I am not getting that much profit. Even last month my profit was $42. So why should I use their EAs? Another worst this is that they do not have any live support. I am going to leave this broker.
