My trades go against me and I wonder in fact their platform itself will often go down. Just pray you aren't trying to manage an open position when that happens. I don't think I would be able to stay with this broker for quite a long time. All the payment systems mentioned above do not have a consistent spreads. The spreads move up to 16 pips. This is the reason why I never recommends my friends. Too many problems occurring to trap traders, server disconnections and off quotes errors. I think they are stopping me from trading.

As an experienced trader, I can say that this broker does not lag behind the other brokers with longer years in business. And during these 3 years, there had never been such a big problem. Only a small problem, and even then their client service is always responsive and always responds to my email on time, without delay.

After 3 months I joined OptionFair. I say that they are a bad broker. I was using their Mt4 platform, and it's always been tough with poor execution and low performance in the market. I called customer support when I got into trouble during my trading because of their bad platform, but they kept saying it was my mistake. I've never run into a bad broker until I joined them, I couldn't recover any losses and decided to withdraw the rest of my money, but they canceled my withdrawal request. They are really unprofessional broker. No more trading with them.
