All brokers

It's been almost 3 months trading with them, but there has been no progress. Even I have experienced defeat that is not clear why. A few days ago I lost my money around $580. I will withdraw all my money from this broker who are not responsible at all. And won't come back to this broker again. I was a trader in IFC for 11 months and at first everything went fine but my only problem is their slippage. It was very terrible before it was only 2 pips but now it was up to 15pips higher. When I am talking to the support they told me that this is normal and is it was due to the market because it was volatile. I wanted to close my account and withdraw my funds but they keep on delaying my request. I am very disappointed on how they treated their loyal clients.
