They are not the best broker I've ever tried. Their service not so good; unwilling to help client until the problem solved. The platform not stable enough, and not user-friendly.

I like this broker because customers’ funds are kept separately from the TrioMarkets Funds. It is an advantage to make sure that the traders’ money can be easily identified in case anything unexpected happens to the company.

Vinson Financials has given me a weird trading experience so far. I can't run my business with a disobedient platform and I lost almost $450 from my account. Sometimes I was able to log in to their platform and I could not open or close my orders timely. So I do not trust Vinson Financials.

I need to find another broker. It's too much when I need to wait for more than 1 week for my withdrawal request to process. On top of that, the customer support is really not helpful.
