At first, all was okay I was doing fine on the platform. But as soon as I started trading consistently successfully, the problem started. They would widen the spreads to 20 Pips. My trading account was closed to the level where they closed out all my trades due to insufficient margin. Prices on both days spike up to evoke closure of all my trades and the price that triggered the closure of my trades happen to be the highest price for that period. Prices reversed quickly after that. It is very suspicious, and I’m disappointed so much with them.

Opteck makes me confused. Software used frequently experiencing connection issues and trading pages filled with spam and other junk. I have several times asked for the help from customer support, but not execution until now. The profit from the deposit that I made is not Increased, even though I've been a client for five months. All of a sudden there was a bearish candle that went 1600 pips. I saw a huge loss in my account only to notice EU had dropped. I wish I could attach the image to illustrate what they are doing. I warn everybody using them. They don´t solve customers problems and don´t answer to your questions.

Opteck does not stay true to its claims. I have an Islamic account with this broker but they still charged me with fees when there is supposedly none. When I sent them a complaint, they did not respond at all. They only ignored my concern.

Opteck does offer very tight spreads, on all majors pair and a few crosses pair. Order execution through MT4 and Web-Trader has been an outstanding; no re-quotes, no system trouble. They offer many bonuses! I received 50$ bonus instantly on my first deposit. It`s great for me. I hope Opteck will keep maintain the performance or more better.

In terms of honesty, I have nothing to say against Opteck. Indeed, this broker is trustworthy. However, I am not satisfied with their trading services. Their platform is often shaky and the charts are delayed at times.
