Nefteprombank is not a reliable broker since I’ve lost $400 because of their platform that freezes on my EUR/USD, GBP/JPY, NZD/USD and EUR/AUD. I can’t close my position in profit because the platform freeze for 1 minute until the price reversed and hit my SL. When I report this matter to their support team, they said will make further investigation about this until now I’m still waiting for their response and when I’m emailing again they just ignore my emails. Please be careful when dealing with them.

Platform is very unstable and withdrawal, process is slow and not convenient. Nefteprombank is the worst broker that I have traded in forex. Indeed, I have joined this broker for a year and I think it is a joke broker. I deposited $300 at this broker and earn $220 in a single entry in EUR/USD. However, they blocked my transaction and they said it is illegal. In addition, their spreads are most of the time huge and incomprehensible slippage too. Besides, slippage sometimes occurs and constant price jumping. Therefore, it’s inconvenient for me to trade by these conditions, and it is difficult to predict the profits and to fix it in time. As a result, I lose a lot of potential profit.

Nefteprombank is a regulated broker that is why I decided to open an account with them. But I am dismayed by their trading services. The platform does not work properly most of the time, and the charts always get delayed. The company said they would fix it but until now, I still don't see any improvement.

The offer from this broker is very poor. They don´t solve customers problems immediately, sometimes you must wait for 2or 3 days. It is horribly. Please stay away this broker, or you will lose all your money like my case. Every time I request my earnings, this broker puts me a lot problems, so it can take several weeks to withdraw my money. First I lost $7000, then yesterday I lost another $5000. Support department is not very professional, they don't know how to solve the easier problems. Please consider clearly before trading with them.

Nefteprombank broker has the worst execution service on their MT4 platforms. I can't deal in a Prime account with Nefteprombank broker, as I got huge slippage and they charge a huge spread. I wasn't able to make any profits and I've lost $230. So I want to close my account withdrawn my rest investment from Nefteprombank broker.
