I just got many losses with them, so I would like to share my bad experience at this broker. In the beginning, everything was fine with me when I trade in demo account. Then, I moved to trade in real account, and since then, this broker made me more disappointed in trading due to getting many losses in this account. My order just disappeared, and my account was stopped out 5 seconds after my order was created with -100%, not even close to +10% stop out level they claimed. I won't suggest anyone to trade with them. Now, I don’t want to trade with this broker anymore, because they are the worst broker I’ve ever traded.

Yesterday I asked to close the account, but they refused. So many reasons for me to quit this broker. they have bad support, bad speaking English in telephone, and bad money back. I never tell my friend about this broker to open account. I think they are just for middle east people for cheating them. Please stay away this broker. The MetaTrading 4 platform has delays, sometimes 3 seconds, and the prices aren't real at the closing of the position. The broker is manipulating the prices during news feed and volatility times, you can't make a big profit.

I am not sure if IronFX is still operating until now but if you ever cross path wit this broker, please, do not engage with them. This broker ran away with my money and I was never able to contact them again.

I have suffered after customized an EA on the IronFx's MT4 platform. As EA didn't work and my pending orders didn't open or close, I've found their price quote delay from the market. Therefore I can't run this EA, so I have lost almost $150. Now I am trying to withdrawal rest invest and profits via Wire Transfer so far. But IronFx broker didn't pay me so far. As I say they are not safe for trading in the market.

I had several problems with Iron fx. Truly, the spreads are low, but this broker’s server power could really use a lot of work. I experienced slippage on occasion and some requoting, which ruined my trading strategy at that time. Then, last month, I made a request of withdrawal with $900, but I got nothing after 2 weeks. I called their support to ask about my request. Their support told me that my money had been already transferred to my account. I checked my account again, but there was nothing. I contacted them again and their support always gave me the same reply my request was done. I was really angry with their lie, and then I loss $900. In conclusion, They are just a thief.
