I can't scalp trade with HYCM, as it is impossible due to their fake prices and a huge spread in the market. I have lost almost $650 due to the slippage and high spread. So I believe HYCM is an awful broker, be careful!

HYCM is not really a competitive broker. I don't think this is a fraud broker but I think I'm not going to prosper in the forex industry when I'm with them. Their transaction fees are just so high that almost nothing will be left on the profit from I trade. I've opened an account at another broker and I clearly saw how different they are from the platform, spread, and even the support. The platform at HYCM looks very complicated and not suitable for beginners. And the prices are not really synced with the real market price. The support is responsive but are not friendly. This might not be a big deal but it still feels securing when you feel that the support team really do care about your trading experience. They don't even ask for feedback. So to sum it up, this broker is not going to rob you, but it won't make you progress as well.

There's nothing new with HYCM broker. It took a huge time to open an account, extremely slow, and it took over five days to actually get the account opened. When I start trading with them, their platform went down most of the time. Another main trouble is the big spread. I cannot see the price rates and the trading charts sometimes hangs.

Their trading platform is the worst trading I've ever trade with. They don't provide good services for the clients. Last week I got loss $420 in single trade due to their delayed execution. I have called their support but they simply ignore me. I am not happy with this broker at all. They are a horrible broker so far I can say. Stay away from them.

Hello, I started an account at HYCM four months ago. I have lost my access from my account for a month already. I reported this issue to all their communication platform but I get no response. I am worried that I won't be getting back my account and money anymore.
