I can't trade at UFX's platform, As the platform didn't execute on time, and always I got 5 to 20 pips slippage from my desired position. I think their price quote is delayed than the live market. So it is a losing machine for me, and till now, I had lost $320. So I am disappointed to deal with UFX and warn others about their lacking platform.

I wanted to withdraw $1000 and was denied. UFX had deleted my gain trade records. After couple weeks of going back and forth with them, I was only able to withdraw only around $700. I would like to recommend all traders to be carefull. I had a lot of problem with UFX. As likes slow execution, constantly requotes in the news time. If I ask their support, they told unacceptable excuses. I am totally disappointed and sucked. If you want to lose your money then you could be opened an account with them.

The customer support team of UFX is approachable and they answer all inquiries promptly and with clarity. I think that having an established rapport with their clients is a good thing as it assures us that we are dealing with a reliable broker.

Last month I signed up at UFX and deposited $1000. The main cause to trade with them, they advertise that their spreads are very low like below 2 pips. When I start trading, put some orders, and then noticed that their spread is 8 pips on the usdjpy pair. I checked two other platforms I had up and their spreads were 3 pips. These people are liars. Stay away from UFX broker!

I am trading with them since last year and this is the first time they took all my 90% of my profits. Can't wait to close my account. Their customer support is not helpful and slow, and they also execute trades against me. There are occasional requotes. They don´t solve customers problems immediately, sometimes you must wait for 2 or 3 days. It is horribly. They just care about their benefit and ignored clients' demands. So I left them to find another broker. Always no connections and requotes. Please, stay away! Now I am with two other brokers so far i am satisfied. Not as bad as UFX. They cancelled my profitable trades today. According to them, all the profits I acquired were influenced of the economic announcement.
