In recent times, I have been facing technical problems with Vantage FX. Their MT4 gets hung most of the time for more than 2 weeks but has not fixed it yet. I already lost $354 because my option traders were not closed on time. I make several phone calls and emails, two days ago I received an email, and they told me that they are trying to fix their server that’s why sometimes the platform gets hung. They also informed me that they would not take responsibility for my loss. I think I may not go further with Vantage FX.

Perhaps if the initial deposit requirement of Vantage was lower, I would have registered an account with it. The trading conditions appear promising but the starting capital is just too expensive for me. It is sad because I already lost the chance to invest with the company.

It's impressive because they process my withdrawals as fast as how they process my deposits, unlike other brokers.

The trading platform of Vantage FX is great. I love using it and the execution of orders is instant. However, I am a little bothered by their wide spreads. Honestly, this is the only reason I sometimes don't push through with opening trades. The fees are just unfairly high.
