VTB24 is one of the leaders of the Russian stock market and the largest forex market maker in Russia.

The broker is a participant of two self-regulatory organizations, the National Association of Forex Dealers (NAFD) and the Association of Forex Dealers (AFD).

VTB24 provides investment services on the stock and currency markets offering basic asset management strategies for the needs of different clients. I don't know what I was expecting from VTB24 but I was definitely not expecting to have a terrible experience. Trading with this broker will only end up to failure. All of my trading activities failed because of the shaky platform. Opening and closing an account is too hard because there is always a slippage and orders are not executed right away.

VTB24 is totally unprofessional and not helpful at its best. They are just plain rude at their worst. They blocked my account after I’ve asked for my withdrawal. Instead of helping and showing concern, they kept on telling me that it’s my fault. No matter what, the customers are always right. I have been waiting for a month now. My money and profit are still stuck there. VTb24 is an untrustworthy broker. For all traders, never trade with this broker.

I opened two accounts with accounts VTB24 one is Standard account and another one is Mini account. They took money from my Standard account. My initials investment on this account was $3500 and my profit was 65%. Because of my personal emergency, I inactive for two month. Last month, when I login to my account I found that my current balance is $3500. They cancel all of my profit. I already sent 15 email my to their financial department but they do not reply me back yet. By the way they did not canal my Mini account’s profit. What kind of broker that?

I regret my decision to join VTB24. They have a high minimum deposit and I decided to open an account with this broker. Reading all the good reviews, I thought I would have had the same experience as in the review but I had the opposite experience. The platform was not good, execution was worst and I couldn't place an order at the position I wanted. It's really stunted my trading. I lost a lot of money because of their bad platform and I decided to withdraw the rest of my money but they haven't processed it yet. I'm still waiting for my money. Once I get it, I will close my account at this broker for sure.
