PrivateFX was founded in 2015 in cooperation with the investment company Concorde Capital that has an impeccable reputation in Ukraine and Russia. The owner of Concorde capital is a well-known Ukrainian businessman, Igor Mazepa.

The group of companies Private FX includes: Private Innovative Society Ltd., FIBY SOLUTIONS LTD., Min Group Limited. The last company, located in Belize, has a license of the IFSC financial regulator.

PrivateFX’s customer base consists of active investors of the insolvent company ForexTrend, with which the broker entered into a cooperation agreement in 2015. Also, it allowed the broker to get the old company’s popular trading tools.

PrivateFX partly assumed the obligation to ForexTrend’s investors and developed for them a special program “1+1”. It allows customers to transfer the remaining funds from the bankrupt's account to PrivateFX, on condition that investors replenish their balance with the same amount of money.

PrivateFX provides clients with various opportunities to reap profits: stock and binary trading, investing in PAMM accounts and PAMM indices (you are able to invest in several managers at once). Another company’s profitable product is the Active Investor service, thanks to which a trader can alternate investment and personal trading on his own account, as well as copy profitable transactions of different managers and close or hedge unprofitable deals.

The minimum deposit for a trading account is $20. For PAMM accounts, the minimum deposit is $500. For Active Investor accounts the minimum deposit is $10,000. All accounts also have 50% stop out level. It is possible to use leverage; and automatic trading is allowed with the commission of $10 per lot.

PrivateFX regularly conducts various contests and promotions for its clients. For example, every trader can get $5,600 if he/she collects letters of the word “PrivateFX”. Each letter is assigned for performance of certain tasks.
