OptionFair reviews

I can tell that OptionFair still needs some improvements. They had a very poor trading system that causes me a lot of trouble. No wonder most of their customers filed complaints on their website and also on this reviews page. The platform is not user-friendly which has lagged that causing delays in its executions. There is a hidden commission as well for some fees that I don't know they charged me for withdrawal commission.

They didn't follow their own rules listed on their website. They always sustained server issues, terminal losing connection multiple times with no explanation. their customer support is so bad, because they could not help me whenever I have difficulties. In addition, there is no row that shows what I actually won in a trade. Neither do they show what I lost. Everything seems to be assigned to bonuses. At the moment, I move forward and search for another reliable broker after getting many losses at this broker. Sum up, Option Fair is a bad broker, so don’t trade with them.

There are various ways to fund your trading account at Option Fair and I personally appreciate it. I like that I don't have to worry about how I can fund my account because of the limited selection. As for the trading experience, I also have no complaints. The platform runs smoothly and executes orders instantly.

This broker is not attractive at all, and is very detrimental to the client. I can say that because I went through very massive changes in my account. Initially, it can be said that I received a profit / bonus. However, after a few weeks, they have started to change their rules, not the same as what was agreed upon at the beginning. I highly doubt that the trades its customers execute are placed in the real time market. My initial deposit was $5000, and back then the profit was nearly $7000, but they created problems, so there was nothing left in my trading account.

For the past few months, I have dedicated my time to Forex trading. I have been trading short-term and having OptionFair as my broker is making my trading activities much easier. This broker has a stable platform and tight spread. Hence, my trading activities go smoothly.
