I have been trading with Leverate for months, but I don't like their client support. The client supports are not helpful, they are rude, and they could not sort out issues about the trading account. It does not give a good impression to me because when I called them, they promised to sort it out, but they did not. For this reason of no assistance from their supports, So I closed my account at this broker. I don't see any other future business with them.

What I admire the most about Leverate is their efficiency in processing payment transactions. They make sure that the deposits are immediate reflected on our trading accounts and that our withdrawal requests are completed within a day.

I have experienced Leverate's trading platform. I don't like to trade with them because their trading platform always gives delays and also hangs. Because of that, I always get different positions when I was about to close on my desired positions. It caused me loss my money. I decided to stop my trading with them and move to another broker.

I have called customer service many times, they keep telling me to wait and I have been waiting for a month now. My money and profit are still stuck there. Please give me an answer why I can't get it, I just want my money back and the profit I got. For traders who want to join this broker, you need to think more about it.
