IC Markets reviews

I've joined IC Markets for a month. So far, pretty much only bad trades I have found this service to be the exact opposite of what is claimed here. The service may have been good at once, but now it is very poor. I was curious when I saw that the results on the website were not being updated recently, but I went ahead anyway. The signals of this broker have been very poor since I have been in attendance, almost all losers or breakeven. In 3 weeks, one signal gained 20 pips on EUR, the rest losers or breakeven. This broker also offers 2 services, but both receive the same signals. Nothing like as advertised. Instead of 3 signals a day, there is maybe one. This might be a good thing, however since they are 80% losers. Other members on the skype group who have been there 3 months say its performance is a lie, and of the last three months, only one was profitable by 65 pips. I think this should probably be put in the scam category.

The trading services of IC Markets are fine. I am able to trade smoothly with their stable platform and the fees are reasonable. My only issue is that they process withdrawals too slow. I have been waiting for the transaction to be completed for over a week now and it is still not being transferred to me.

I have been trading at IC Markets for ten months back, and I got bad experience with them. Last month I had a terrible case with them about withdrawing. I made a withdrawal of $500 when I made a profit of $600. I waited for three weeks without getting any money, so I checked again by calling their support. And when I got the money, they charged $80 processing fee. They gave a lot of delays and were very slow in responding to their clients. I just want to stop using this broker, and I don't recommend this broker to trade.

I don't know why people are still praising IC Markets. In my experience, this broker has a faulty platform which caused me huge losses and their customer support representatives are rude. I was trying to report the issues in the platform but I was only told that the problem was on my end. I am pretty sure that it is not because my devices have high specs and my internet connection is stable. Don't trust this kind of broker.

I have failed to trade with IC Markets on their MT4 platform due to delay execution and fake price quote issue. According to the MT4 journal, I have seen that the execution time was starting from 1500 microsecond minimum and 3000 microseconds is maximum. Really it is too different and It hampered my scalping strategy. Till now I have up to 40 trades and most of them are going to the opposite direction which I had set. So I had lost $180 so far. Otherwise, their 0.0 pips spread are good for me. But here I can't do anything, all matter is out of my hand. I hoped IC Markets solved this issue immediately.
