I did not like my experience with this broker because of their faulty platform and wide spreads so I asked for the withdrawal of my remaining balance and told them of my intention to close my account. It has been a month now and they still hasn't released my money. In fact, they are not responding to me at all. I eventually requested to withdraw the last of my funds $550, they refused me. The last resort was to keep trading till I lose all the money, so watch the amount of trust and deposit with this broker. I shouldn't risk my savings to this broker and I was depressed of it.

I was supposed to open an account at FXPrivate but I was reminded by my colleague to refrain from dealing with unregulated companies. Since FXPrivate was not regulated, I opted not to register with them. So far, I am now seeing lots of complaints towards the company.

I have been scammed by Fx Private in as they refused to pay my hard earned profit. The servers are not even located at the same place. They have no stop loss, I lost all the 100% of my account, they are not to be trusted with money, please beware. The demo is also very different from the live, it has too many bugs and server freezes. These brokers rarely provide the latest information about the forex market and no competition that they hold. No wonder many traders out of this broker.

FxPrivate is one of the best brokers that I am personally satisfied with almost everything. Many tools for trading, terminal, support. I made over 300% profit during these five months because trading platform works with my own EA. I can easily trade during the news events because they have very limited spike. I got four time spike and the highest spike was 15 pips which was on Unemployment rate news time. I found that they did not increase spreads on my favorite on major pairs even on high volatility market. Everything works well. Overall, I'm satisfied with FxPrivate broker.

I shouldn't have opened an account at FxPrivate anymore. Knowing that this broker is not regulated, I should not have taken the risk. But because their offers were tempting, I ignored the lack of regulation. Now, I am regretting because this broker does not provide proper services. Their platform is always lagging and their customer support is not responsive.
