I'm trading in a few currencies with FXOpen, it is EUR/USD, GBP/USD, and USD/JPY. Everything was going properly until last week I was suffering from my trading. The platform is confusing and crashes too often. Slippage and requotes also happened, I can't close my order on my desired position, and because of that, I lost the money that I use for deposit. I decided to close my account and withdraw the rest of the balance from my trading account, and I got shocked when I got the money because they charged me $40 for my withdrawal amount. They are not a reliable, also not professional broker.

I’m so disappointed trading with FXOpen. They provide worst platform which has slow order execution, there’s often requoting, and I was also unable to close a profitable trade when it was winning, and as soon as it went down in the lows, it was closed with a substantial loss even last week I lost $569 in a single trade. It’s really hard for me to gain a profit since I trade with them. They are not a reliable broker, and I decided to close my account at this broker.

FXOpen has a low minimum initial deposit but don't be deceived. The broker will demand additional deposits once you have an account and they will not let you start trading unless you oblige with the amount of money that they ask of you.

I'm trying to be okay even though I'm suffering when I was trading with FXOpen. Trading with them is so awful. The platform is not working properly, and they don't have good conditions for trading. So many delays and slippage also requotes. They don't really take care of their platform. I thought that they will fix it, that's why I'm still trading with them that time. But, they didn't even care about their clients. Customer support ignores my calls and emails. Day by day, I keep losing my money, and I can't trade with them anymore. So I decided to stop my trading with them and close my account at this broker.

I was rooting for FXOpen but was only disappointed by their services. Their trading platform is too shaky. I tried it on different devices already but the same happens. It ends up crashing or lagging even during calm market condition. I closed my account immediately before I lose everything and the release of my money even took a long while.
