FBS reviews

I was a trader in FBS for 10 months, and at first, everything went fine. Now, my only problem is their slippage. It was very terrible before it was only 2 pips, but now it was up to 15pips higher. When I am talking to the support, they told me that this is normal and it was due to the market because it was volatile. I wanted to close my account and withdraw my funds, but they keep on delaying my request. I am very disappointed with how they treated their loyal clients.

For about three months, I traded at FBS and I had to close my account because their trading fees spike up at times and it affects my already opened trading positions.

FBS is not a recommended broker. They don't provide excellent services for trader. Their platform is sucks and slippage happened too often. Their leverage also not competitive, and I couldn't close my order at my desired positions. And the most irritating things is that their platform is crashing and system down. I have called them the issue but seems they are not willing to fix it. So, I decided to close my account at this broker.

I am really not pleased with FBS broker. On 30 December when I trying to put a withdraw request of $600 its showing insufficient balance but in client cabinet it still showing $870. When I contact their support over the phone, they informed me I would not withdraw more than $450 at a time. I was shocked to hear that. However, I make a $400 withdraw request using DIXIPAY and I got my money 22 days later. Sorry guys, this is not the right way to run the forex business.

There is no future at FBS. I traded with this broker for almost a year but I had to close my account because I keep losing all my money. I would have accepted it if I was losing due to trading mistakes, but the reason I lost a lot was the terrible platform of this broker. Their platform always crashed and when I have open trades, they will automatically close it at unreasonable price. If this is the kind of broker that you have, you better leave it soon.
