I regret my decision to join BCS Forex. Reading all the good reviews, I thought I would have had the same experience as in the review but I had the opposite experience. The platform was not good, the execution was worst and I couldn't place an order at the position I wanted. It's really stunted my trading. I lost a lot of money because of their bad platform and I decided to withdraw the rest of my money but they haven't processed it yet. I'm still waiting for my money. Once I get it, I will close my account at this broker for sure.

I don't recommend it to trade in forex market as spreads are not tight and deposits and withdrawals take so long. I'm having a lot of problems during trading with this broker. I started scalping in the end and they increased my spreads. When I called them they told me that they had some problems with the feed. One of my mates had different spreads then me on the same pairs. Customer service takes too much to give a reply. They should really work on their server power. Constant requoting, the platform disconnects frequently and this is ruining my trading plans. I've withdrawn all my money, because I've already lost more than $1,000.

I don't really like my trading experience at BCS because their platform is terrible. I am not able to make any decent trades because the platform would either lag or crash whenever I try to make a trade.

I scalp professionally and while I have done it elsewhere, most other brokers don’t have the tools to handle scalping of the scope which I need. Really not fine. Must waiting so long times to get reply that all could be fine but what if i sometimes need urgent reply or help and i not have it? I called their support team and they can't help me, the only advice was to re-install the platform, and to use different server. The problem is still there, and I think during volatility times the broker is manipulating the prices.

I was satisfied with BCS forex broker. But for two months they started to expand spreads widely during news time. During these 2 months more than 30 times my orders got filled and stopped out because of a 20+ pips spread on major pair. This is getting very frustrating to trade BCS forex broker ! I'm closing my account.
